Fixed fee
A fixed fee gives clients greater certainty because the total legal fee is known from the outset of the matter.
Billing arrangements are set out in a written fee agreement in advance, ensuring that the client receives clear and transparent information.

The more time the lawyer spends on a matter, the higher the fee. This method is suited to the most complex disputes.

The firm
The hourly rate is €180 including VAT (TTC).

In most cases, a fixed fee is proposed.
Legal aid is accepted subject to eligibility and provided the client resides in the departments of Paris (75), Hauts-de-Seine (92), Seine-Saint-Denis (93), and Val-de-Marne (94) in the Île-de-France region.
